All files uploaded through this site are secured using 128 bit end-to-end encryptions safeguarding your files against both interference and any attempt at file manipulation.

Digital transcription industry standards estimates that a 60 minute audio recording should take somewhere between four to five hours to complete, but depends on a number of factors including the quality of the audio file, the number of speakers, voice clarity and the recording environment. The client only pays for the 60 minute recording no matter how long it takes to type.  

The client will choose whether they require:

• Verbatim Transcription: A full transcript of everything, including the 'erms' and 'ers'

• Intelligent Verbatim: A full transcription where the 'erms' and 'ers' are removed by the transcriptionist
