QuickSec fully understands the necessity for strict client confidentiality and as such all QuickSec employees are trusted UKbased transcriptionists who must enter into and sign our Confidentiality Agreement prior to commencing employment. A copy of which can be provided on request. We will also be happy to sign your Confidentiality Agreement if this is suitable for you.

We will never disclose Confidential Client Information to any person or company without written prior consent from the client or unless required to do so under law, of which the client would be immediately notified.

For your protection we only use secure transmission (128 bit SSL end-to-end encryption) for the delivery and/or transmission of all audio and documents via the upload facility within this site ensuring QuickSec is fully HIPAA Compliant.
