Terms of Business

1. The parties agree to the terms set out herein, which shall apply during the term of the   project. "Project" means all products and services the Client has purchased or ordered whether for its own use or the use of the Client.

2. QuickSec will make every effort to ensure the work undertaken on behalf of the Client is accurate. It is however the Client's overall responsibility to check the work prior to it being sent out or used in any way. QuickSec accepts no liability for consequential loss.

3. QuickSec shall not be liablle to the Client or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of QuickSec's obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond QuickSec's reasonable control. QuickSec will be entitled to delay or suspend its service without penalty, but will continue to work closely with the Client to minimise all possible disruption where it possibly can. Circumstances seen to be beyond our control include but not limited, strikes, accidents, fire, loss of power or breakdown of equipment or inability to access the Internet at either the Client or QuickSec's locations.

4. QuickSec will use its best endeavors to complete your work accurately and efficiently. However if a particular word, phrase or sentence is unclear QuickSec will mark this with UNCLEAR and the relevant time in brackets next to it ie (3.02). Final proofreading of the document is always the responsibility of the Client and QuickSec cannot be held liable for any document that is used or sent out by the Client.

5. Where our quality or standard falls below that expected of a digital transcription service we will either re-transcribe any particular document without any extra cost to you or will refund the cost of such document. This is always at the discretion of QuickSec.

4. QuickSec guarantees a strictly confidential service and agrees that no information will be passed to any third party without the strict permission of the Client, unless required to do so by law. QuickSec will erase on a regular basis all Client files and information held on its computers.

5. Payment is only accepted by cheque or by BACS and payment should be made to QuickSec within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

6. By using the services of QuickSec you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

7. Any dispute arising between QuickSec and the Client in connection with or arising out of this agreement shall fall within the jurisdiction of The High Court of England and Wales.
